Wholesale Enquiries

If you are a retail shop or distributor who would like to carry our designs, we'd love to hear from you. Please email us at penguin@creations.co.nz and we'll respond with further details. The basics are listed below.

Basic wholesale terms and conditions:

• Our charts are available as single-sided B/W A4 chart pages, with a full colour cover; floss usage guide and helpful hints page. All pages are presented in a resealable plastic bag.
• We do not currently offer an option of Kits for any of our designs, though we welcome inquiries from companies interested in creating them using our designs.
• All of the products currently listed on our website (www.creations.co.nz) are available at wholesale rates to shops/distributors.
• We ship all orders within 7 days. We will use either standard air-mail or courier, whichever is cheaper. Actual shipping costs will be passed on. If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know.
• Due to our small company size, we do not offer Sale-Or-Return. All sales are final; with the exception of errors or damaged products.
• Payment of invoice terms are 14 days from date of shipping. Payment can be made by bank-transfer, cheque or PayPal.
